What's Not Eligible for Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly subscriptions (all payments are final)

  • Individual premium reports purchased separately

  • Subscription fees for months already used

  • Partial months (we only refund full unused months)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Account terminated for Terms of Service violations

  • Requests made after subscription has already expired

  • Claims of "didn't know it would auto-renew" (clearly disclosed during signup)

  • Dissatisfaction with general market conditions or investment outcomes

  • Technical issues on user's end (inability to access due to email filters, etc.)

Since our premium content is digital and provided immediately upon subscription:

  • You gain instant access to our premium report library

  • You can download materials immediately

  • You receive premium alerts and notifications right away

  • Content cannot be "returned" like physical products
